NONCOMMERCIAL COMMISSION

I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. You are not allowed to edit, trace, take credit for the art, and make money from it.

The client has the right to repost the artwork wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given.

COMMERCIAL COMMISSION

Examples of commercial activities include merchandise production, material used in films, TV, and streaming shows, material used in printed or digital publications, online or offline advertisements, commercial promotions, and any material created to make a profit.

The artist maintains ownership of the artwork for my own personal and commercial use, and the right to display it in my portfolio and socials.

For a fee or separate agreed-upon terms of compensation, a commercial use license can be purchased which would allow the commissioner to use the commissioned work for all sorts of money-making and advertising activity except for “NFT” or “Non-Fungible Token” transactions or advertising “NFTs” or “Non-Fungible Tokens” or any other crypto-currency related activities.

Commissioned artworks may not be used to advertise, encourage, or support hate or discrimination against any groups based on age, race, ethnicity, ability or disability, gender and/or sexual/romantic orientation, appearance, or religion.

Commissioned artwork may not be heavily edited by anyone except for myself unless it is a necessary function of the project. I must be made aware of this before working on the project.

Artwork by me may never be used for AI technology. It may not be used to train, advertise, endorse, or otherwise benefit AI technology in any capacity.

Artwork by me may never be used for NFT activities. This includes advertising or endorsing NFTs/ NFT sales as well as using them as NFTs.

The fee for this type of commission is +60% on top of the starting rate.

Paypal (USD) for foreigners. Or banking/momo for Vietnamese ($1=25.000 VND).

The payment has to be paid within 2 days after our discussion. If not, you will lose your slot.

You have to pay 70% before the sketch and 30% after the color sketch.

You will be given 2 days to pay after the color sketch is shown. Non-payment within 2 days will result in the commission being canceled.

Please tell me when the payment has been sent.

If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.

If the client or I cancel the commission during process, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion:

The commissioner has to send me the character's references.

Describe the style or vibe you want (send references if you have any).

Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed and the payment is paid.

During the color sketch process, you can ask for free changes five times max.

No free changes will be made after the color sketch is checked. I will charge an extra about $8 for each change.

Estimated date to completion. If there are any delays in completing the commission, I will personally notify the customer.

Only 1 commission per slot.

Max 5 main characters per canvas.

FOR PRIVATE: +30% commission price.

Very simple background: Free.

Extra character: +100% base price.

Extra details: Depending on the case.
